RiSC Advisors Project Management Services provide structure and control of a project environment so that the agreed activities will produce the right products or services to meet the organization's expectations. RiSC Advisors only employs PMI Certified Project Managers (PMP).
The project life cycle includes five main stages:
  • Initiation - The Initiation Phase is the time in the project lifecycle when the project idea is defined, evaluated and then authorized to proceed by the Project Sponsor.
  • Planning - Project planning is the second phase of the project management process, following initiation and before execution. It's a critical step that helps turn a project from an idea into a tangible result.
  • Execution - Project execution is the phase of a project where the team puts their plan into action. It's also known as project implementation and is usually the longest and most demanding phase of the project life cycle.
  • Monitoring and Controlling - Project management Monitoring and Controlling is a process that involves actively reviewing a project's status as it progresses, identifying potential issues and risks, and making necessary changes.
  • Closure - Project closure is the final phase of the project management lifecycle, and it involves wrapping up loose ends, completing administrative tasks, and handing over deliverables.
